Our team provides 20 minutes of billable Remote Patient Monitoring labor for your patient each month. This includes talking to the patient and helping to coordinate appointments and communication with your office.
Medical Devices
We provide the medical devices (blood pressure, ECG/EKG, or blood glucose monitors) for your patients. These devices are connected to the patient’s smartphone. After each reading on the device the results are automatically sent to our team.
Monthly Billing
We provide a list of patients with CPT codes for your team to bill every month. Every patient on the program can be billed every single month for the life of the patient. This is over $1,000 per year per patient in added revenue.
